Rosie runs an outdoor yoga experience every Saturday morning at Ballyalla Lake. This yoga session allows you to reconnect with yourself and hang out with like-minded people to nurture your mind, body and soul. Followed by an optional swim in Ballyalla Lake. Rosie also offers wellness retreats and workshops across the county.
