Western Herd Brewing Company Story

The Western Herd Brewing Company, which is located on a family farm, was founded by brother and sister Michael Eustace and Maeve Sheridan, In 2015 they established a brewing business on the site intending to keep the farm functioning as a profitable business.

Every time Michael and Meave would visit the farm growing up they thought ‘if only we could bottle this’!! And now they have Brewing beer the way nature intended using fresh spring water on a tranquil hilltop farm on the west coast of Ireland.
