Caroline created the Movement Method, and it will help you improve posture, mobility, flexibility and strength using therapy bands, gliding and blocks.
The workshop will involve various yoga postures and will be an invigorating and energising practice before a gentle wind down at the end using essential oils.
This workshop will be a great way of applying Movement and yoga coach Caroline's practices and methods into your daily life, helping your body to move and feel better.
After class, enjoy healthy and nutritious vegetarian sweet and savoury canapes by Ballymaloe-trained wholefood chef Tanya.
